Are all of your pieces designed by you?

Yes, I design and make all of the necklaces that we sell. Our earrings are a mix of unique designs by myself, along with others that have been carefully curated to suit my brand and style. As for our rings and bangles, these are all pre-made and selected in line with our quality standards and brand aesthetics.

How long does it take to create a custom piece?

Depends on the item and what we have in stock but it can take from 2-4 weeks from start to finish. I’m always happy to fast track when necessary or if i can. Just get in contact and we can work something out.

How long does it take for my item to be shipped?

It will take 1-2 business days to organise for shipping (unless it is a custom piece). Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery within Australia. 

Do you ship anywhere in Australia?

Yes, we can ship our jewellery anywhere in Australia including Post Office Boxes, Parcel Lockers and C/O Post Offices

How much does it cost for shipping?

Our flat rate shipping is $10.95 and express is $15.95

Can you send multiple items in the parcel?

Yes, as long as all the items weigh less than 5kg we can send multiple items in the same parcel.
